Send me your postcode and a rough description of the site. I'll come back with a written assessment - access, views, planning position, and a realistic income figure.

Specification & Deposit

We agree the spec: cladding colour, internal fit-out, any bespoke details. A 50% deposit secures your slot in the build schedule and covers materials. The balance is staged - 40% when the structure is watertight, 10% before delivery.

Built by Hand in Barnack

I build every hut myself in the workshop on Bainton Road. Six to eight weeks, start to finish. You get photos along the way, so you can see how it's taking shape.

Delivery & Photography

The hut arrives on a flatbed and goes in by Hiab crane onto its base. A professional photographer follows within a week. Everything you need for a listing that books.

Live & Earning

Your listing goes live on Airbnb (or a listing site of your choice), priced and written to book. If your hut is being managed by us, we handle it from here. If you're running it yourself, we hand over the listing, the pricing guide, and the welcome pack.

Asset Finance

You don't need the full amount to get started.

The Bainton qualifies for specialist asset finance, secured against the hut itself, not your property. Most lenders will advance up to 90% of the purchase price.

Typical terms run over 3–5 years at 7–9% interest. At 45% occupancy, the monthly income comfortably covers the repayment and leaves a surplus from the first month.
